Delivery details

Once your order has been passed to our specialist manufacturing unit we will complete your order within a month.

Postage & packaging is £4.95 for all cover orders if you live in the U.K, while postage & packaging is free from anywhere in the world if you are just ordering fabric samples.

For all covers orders outside the U.K, the postage & packaging cost depends on the destination. Select your country when you place an order to see the cost.

Our selected carrier service will deliver your order directly to your door or an alternative home delivery address if this has been provided. This is a 3-5 day service.

For all international orders relevant charges are applied for delivery and a quotation will be supplied by our service team upon request.

What if I am not satisfied with the product?

When you receive your goods, if for some reason you are not satisfied with the fit, then we will be happy to make simple modifications to your cover to enhance the fit. Contact customer service for advice on 01772 838 326.

Alternatively, if you require a refund the goods should be returned to us in new condition within 30 days of the date you received the parcel.

We will refund postage cost for orders returned from within the U.K. We cannot unfortunately refund the postage cost of orders returned from outside the U.K.

How do I return my order if I live in the UK?

The goods should be returned in their original packaging, via the post office. Please remember to obtain a certificate of posting.

Upon receipt, we will send you a refund for the cost of your goods.
