
Delivery and returns
Here you’ll find all the information you need on our collection and delivery service. Before we can make your new sofa or chair covers we collect your existing covers and then charge a small delivery fee to get your new covers to back to you. Simple!

How does the collection service work?
When we’ve confirmed your order, we will send you a handy postage bag for you to pop your existing covers into. We will then either collect these from you at home or you can take them to your local UPS drop off point at a time that suits you – all part of our handy service! Delivery
After we have received your existing covers, your new covers will be heading out the door of our factory in just 28 days. Depending on where you are in the world we have the option of home delivery or collection from your local UPS collection point. We do charge a delivery fee, preferring to be upfront about these costs rather than putting our prices up.

Returns
All of our furniture covers are custom made so we are unable to accept returns if you have changed your mind. However, occasionally our products may fail to meet our high standards and obviously we would want to put this right for you. Get in touch with us if you have any questions about your order and wish to return you covers to us, we will do all we can to help.
