Here you’ll find all the information you need on our collection and delivery service. Before we can make your new sofa or chair covers we collect your existing covers and then charge a small delivery fee to get your new covers to back to you. How does the collection service work?
When we’ve confirmed your order, we will send you a handy biodegradable postage bag for you to pop your existing covers into. We will then either collect these from you at home or you can take them to your local UPS drop off point at a time that suits you – all part of our handy service! After we have received your existing covers, your new covers will be heading out the door of our factory in just 28 days. Depending on where you are in the world we have the option of home delivery or collection from your local UPS collection point. We do charge a delivery fee, preferring to be upfront about these costs rather than putting our prices up. But, you can be assured we are happy to deliver worldwide with our trusted postage partners.
All of our furniture covers are custom made so we are unable to accept returns if you have changed your mind. However, occasionally our products may fail to meet our high standards and obviously we would want to put this right for you. Get in touch with us if you have any questions about your order and wish to return you covers to us, we will do all we can to help.
We are proudly based in Lancashire, the heart of the textile industry in the UK. However, our service is available worldwide both for collection and delivery. If you’re unsure if we are able to reach you, please do send us a message and we will send you more details.

- How long will my covers take to arrive?
After we have received your old covers your new ones will be out the door in just 28 days. Visit our delivery and returns page for more info.
- Can I change where I want my order sent to?
Of course, if your order hasn’t left our factory we can easily change this for you. Just send us an email to email@example.com and we can update this for you.
We have a fabulous network all over the country (and world!) of UPS drop off points. If you would rather collect your parcel from there, than waiting in at home, we will be happy to arrange this for you. If you want to view your local drop off points just visit ups.com
- What is a UPS Access Point?
These are handy drop off points all over the world that you can both drop off and collect parcels from. By using Access Points you don’t need to wait in for your collection or delivery timeslot, and can drop off or collect your parcel at a time convenient for you.
