  Once I had chosen the material (the hardest part!!) everything went really smoothly. It was easy to order online and send my old covers to them in the prepaid package they provided. A couple of queries were dealt with quickly by Rachel who was very helpful. The delivery was quick I am extremely pleased with the quality and fit of my new covers.

From prompt receipt of samples to the simple process of ordering the covers, sending your originals, and then receipt of the finished product all went very well.   I just wanted to email you to say how thrilled I am with my sofa covers.  It took me many months to decide that this was the best thing to do, then to chose the fabric took another few!  I was really impressed with your Trustpilot reviews and this was what made me feel confident in spending so much money “up front”. I have to say, I was quite nervous with my special request for the longer arm caps but, they are just what I needed and you have been so helpful and patient from the outset.  I know all the reviews have said how their sofas look like new and mine really do!!!
