Once I had chosen the material (the hardest part!!) everything went really smoothly. It was easy to order online and send my old covers to them in the prepaid package they provided. Help and advice by phone, great sale. Nice selection of materials to choose from. I was getting a stool cover and this was delivered within 3 weeks of ordering. Beautifully made, used my photos and measurements as well as old cover and it fits perfectly, would not know it was a loose cover.
