  I have in the past few weeks had 4 dining room chairs and a footstool covered by Cover my Furniture and the whole process has been straight forward and very worthwhile. Each step through from ordering samples of fabric, to sending measurements even to getting a small alteration made after my own instructions had been unclear were dealt with in a helpful and friendly manner. Special thanks to Rachel for her personal touch. She made me feel I was a special customer. I cannot recommend the company highly enough. They were magnificent.   Throughly recommend using Cover My Furniture if thinking of recovering your sofa and other soft furnishings. From prompt receipt of samples to the simple process of ordering the covers, sending your originals, and then receipt of the finished product all went very well. Easy to fit the new covers and which looked good too. It was nice to communicate with someone rather than a bot in the process as well!

  Once I had chosen the material (the hardest part!!) everything went really smoothly. It was easy to order online and send my old covers to them in the prepaid package they provided. A couple of queries were dealt with quickly by Rachel who was very helpful. The delivery was quick I am extremely pleased with the quality and fit of my new covers.

  Help and advice by phone, great sale. Nice selection of materials to choose from. I was getting a stool cover and this was delivered within 3 weeks of ordering. Beautifully made, used my photos and measurements as well as old cover and it fits perfectly, would not know it was a loose cover. Extremely nice people to deal with, felt like a very personalised service. Would highly recommend.

  Thank you Rachel and Sophie for your excellent customer service when we were trying to pick the fabric for our sofa just before Christmas. You were very helpful without being pushy and made an excellent suggestion for cushion fabric to match the sofa fabric. You fitted us in before Christmas and the covers came back super quick and are a perfect fit.
