  Once I had chosen the material (the hardest part!!) everything went really smoothly. It was easy to order online and send my old covers to them in the prepaid package they provided. A couple of queries were dealt with quickly by Rachel who was very helpful. The delivery was quick I am extremely pleased with the quality and fit of my new covers.

From prompt receipt of samples to the simple process of ordering the covers, sending your originals, and then receipt of the finished product all went very well.
